Welcome to Multipack ("we," "our," "us"). By using our iOS app to track multiple parcels in one place ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

1.1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

• By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and that all information you provide to us is accurate and up-to-date.

1.2. Account Registration

• To access certain features, you may need to create an account by providing your email address and password.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• You will not:

  • Use the Service to track parcels for unlawful activities.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.

  • Attempt to access the Service using unauthorized methods, such as automated bots or scraping tools.

3. Parcel Tracking

• Multipack provides parcel tracking by integrating with third-party carrier services.

• We strive to provide accurate tracking information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of parcel data.

• Multipack is not responsible for delays, errors, or other issues caused by third-party carriers.

4. Payment and Fees (if applicable)

• Some features of the Service may require payment of fees. If so:

  • Fees will be clearly disclosed before you make any payment.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

• Multipack and its content, including but not limited to the app design, features, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our express permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

• Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the app settings.

8. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the app and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.

• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
