Real estate industries, which are essential for our daily life, are one of the frontiers of digitization. Although most of real estate business is currently operated by human labor, innovations based on various information technologies are drastically changing the real estate industries. Especially, multimedia processing and retrieval technologies, including image processing, 3D scanning, geospatial analysis, IoT, virtual reality, augmented reality, and telecommunication systems, are spreading rapidly. However, there are still a lot of research challenges on multimedia technologies to be tackled, e.g., quality, costs, sensitivity, diversity, and attractiveness. The purpose of this workshop is to share, discuss, and encourage research challenges on multimedia technologies in real estate industries.

Topics of this workshop include, but are not limit to the following areas are solicited:

• multimedia retrieval technologies for properties (recommendation, photo-based search, floorplan-based search, etc.)
• computer vision (photos, floorplans, videos of real estate properties)
• virtual reality and augmented reality (virtual and online real estate property preview)
• 3D model production (3D scanning, and 3D structure estimation from photos)
• 3D simulations (interior, exterior, and remodeling)
• IoT for estimating property values (comfort and attractiveness)
• geospatial information analysis
• online communications (negotiation between customers and agents)

All papers must be formatted according to the ACM proceedings style, and the length limit of papers is 4-6 pages. Please see the Paper submission page for details.
