To delete your MultiList cloud account and the data stored on our servers (synced records and files), you must be signed in inside the app as the same user whose account you want to remove. Deletion applies only to the cloud identity you are authenticated with on that device session; if you are signed in as a different user, you could remove the wrong account—sign out first, then use Sign in and enter the email and password for the account you intend to delete.
Steps (in the app):
Ensure you are signed in to the correct cloud account (use the app menu to sign in or sign out as needed).
Open the application menu (navigation drawer).
Choose Delete cloud account.
Read the confirmation dialog. To proceed, type the confirmation word shown in the dialog (the word delete) and confirm the action.
What happens: Your MultiList data on the server will be permanently deleted. Your cloud login account will be deleted; using the same email again will require registering a new account. You will be signed out on this device. Local data on the device is not erased by this flow; if you wish to remove local app data as well, do that separately in your device or app settings.
