Multicrete Precast Concrete Ltd was established by Mr Pat Lafferty in Killygordon County Donegal in 1994. Since its inception Mr. Lafferty has striven to produce top quality products, this is evident when the company was nominated and won the award for "Best Business of the year 2007" from the Donegal County Enterprise Board. Since then Mr Lafferty has continually upgraded Concrete Wagons, equipment and production methods to produce top quality precast products, in the 26 years since its opening the company has been nominated for numerous other awards.

Due to regulations and standards of the concrete business ever changing, Mr Lafferty installed a fully functioning Testing Laboratory which includes a cube testing machine, cube curing bath and the employment of a full time Quality Assurance Engineer to carry out the testing. Multicrete Precast Concrete are NSAI (national standard authority Ireland) certified in concrete production IS EN 206:2013 as well as Factory Production Control for Linear structural Elements (Beams) and Cattle slats. The cattle slats are also certified by the Department of Agriculture for grant qualification.
