Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Multicook Timer+, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

Multicook Timer+ is provided for personal, non-commercial use to assist with managing cooking timers and meal planning.

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features (“Pro Version”).

All payments are processed securely by Apple through your App Store account. The developer does not collect or store your payment information.

Pricing is displayed within the App and may change at any time.

Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.

The Pro version is a one-time purchase (not a subscription).

Refunds

All purchases are final. Refund requests must be made directly through Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policies. The developer cannot issue refunds.

Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the App or sign in with the same Apple ID on a new device, you may restore your Pro Version purchase at no additional cost using the "Restore Purchases" option in the Manage Subscription section.

No Guarantees

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• Timers will operate without interruption

• Notifications will always be delivered on time

• The App will be error-free

You remain responsible for monitoring your cooking and ensuring food is prepared safely.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for:

• Burnt or undercooked food

• Missed timers or delayed notifications

• Device malfunctions

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App

Use of the App is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and functionality of the App are owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or its features at any time.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
