Welcome to Mukto ("we," "our," or "us"). Mukto is an on-demand home services platform designed to connect users with trusted local service professionals ("Partners"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the App, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, or otherwise contact us.
Personal Details: Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number when creating an account or booking a service.
Location Information: We collect precise or approximate location data from your device to show nearby service categories, calculate estimated delivery times, and share delivery addresses with service partners.
Booking & Transaction Data: Information related to services booked, dates, time slots, service status, and order history.
Device & Push Notification Data: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to send real-time alerts regarding booking updates, partner assignment, and service status.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect or receive for the following business purposes:
To Facilitate Service Bookings: Connecting you with local service partners and fulfilling your booking requests.
To Send Real-Time Updates: Sending push notifications regarding booking acceptance, OTP verification, and job completion.
Customer Support: Resolving user issues and responding to inquiries.
To Improve Our Platform: Enhancing app performance, security, and user experience.
3. Sharing Your Information
We only share your information in the following circumstances:
With Service Partners: When you place a booking, your Name, Phone Number, Selected Address, and Service Time are shared with the assigned Partner to ensure accurate service delivery.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Security & Retention
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data. Your account information is securely stored on encrypted servers via Supabase and Firebase. We retain your information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with our services.
5. Your Data Rights & Account Deletion
You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
You can update your profile details inside the App under Profile -> Edit Profile.
If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated data, please email us at jaggavikram@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
6. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
