Executive Summary

During the operation of our business, there are two customer problems that we have faced. The first problem is the courier service that we provided. From the communication between our members and the customers, we were informed that some areas have limited courier service. Because of that, we allow our customers to choose the courier service that they wanted and is suitable for their area. Besides that, the majority of our customers have difficulty choosing suitable sizes for their shoes and hoodie. Therefore, we provided measurements for shoes and hoodies so the customers can choose the right size for their shoes and even hoodies.
