Camera Permission
The App requests access to your device's camera solely to provide camera-related features that you choose to use.
Photos or videos captured using the camera are used only to perform the functionality requested by you. The App does not collect, upload, store, or share this content on our servers.
Microphone Permission
The App requests access to your device's microphone only to enable audio recording features requested by you.
Audio recordings remain under your control. The App does not collect, upload, transmit, store, or share your audio recordings on our servers.
Photo Library Permission
The App requests access to your photo library so you can choose existing photos or videos for use within the App.
Media selected from your photo library is used only for the functionality you request. We do not collect, upload, store, or share your selected media.
Face Data and Biometric Information
Protecting user privacy is important to us.
The App does not collect, analyze, recognize, extract, generate, process, store, transmit, retain, sell, license, or share any face data, facial recognition data, facial geometry, biometric identifiers, or any other biometric information.
Users may choose to capture an image using the device camera or select an existing image from the photo library. If an image contains one or more human faces, the App does not perform:

Face detection
Face tracking
Identity verification
Facial geometry analysis
Emotion detection
Age estimation
Biometric authentication
Creation of biometric templates
Any processing intended to identify or analyze an individual based on facial characteristics
Collection
The App does not collect face data or biometric information.
Use
The App does not use face data for any purpose.
Images containing faces, when selected by the user, are used only to provide the functionality explicitly requested by the user. No facial characteristics are extracted or analyzed.
Disclosure and Sharing
Because the App does not collect face data, no face data is disclosed, sold, rented, licensed, transferred, or shared with any third party.
Storage
The App does not store face data on your device on our behalf or on our servers.
No database containing face data or biometric information is maintained by us.
Retention
Because no face data is collected or stored, no face data is retained.
Accordingly, there is no face data retention period.
If our practices regarding face data ever change, we will update this Privacy Policy before implementing those changes and will comply with all applicable laws and Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.
User Consent
The App requests access to the device's Camera, Microphone, and Photo Library only after obtaining the user's explicit permission through the operating system's permission prompts.
By choosing to grant these permissions, users consent to the App accessing the selected device feature solely to provide the functionality they have requested.
Providing these permissions is entirely voluntary. Users may deny or revoke access at any time through their device's settings. Some features of the App may not function properly if the required permissions are not granted.
The App does not collect, store, analyze, recognize, extract, or retain any face data or biometric information. If a user chooses to capture or select an image that contains a person's face, the image is used only for the functionality explicitly requested by the user. No facial recognition, biometric identification, face tracking, or facial analysis is performed.
Because the App does not collect face data, no face data is shared with third parties, stored on our servers, or retained after use.
Third-Party Processing
To provide AI-powered features requested by the user, the App uses trusted third-party AI service providers:
Google Gemini API for AI image generation and related image processing.
Pixverse for AI video generation.
Images or media submitted by the user are transmitted only as necessary to fulfill the requested feature. These providers process the content solely for generating the requested AI output in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
Data Sharing
Because we do not collect personal information, we do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share user personal information with third parties.
Data Security
Since we do not collect or store personal information on our servers, there is no personal data retained by us.
We nevertheless strive to design our App with appropriate security practices to protect its functionality and integrity.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that personal information has been inadvertently collected from a child, we will promptly delete such information.
