Terms of Use

You acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions (Terms of Use) by using my apps.

Basic Terms 

1. Any action that takes place using your user account is your responsibility.

2. You are in charge of protecting the password you use to access my apps and all associated activity.

3. Users may not be mistreated, intimidated, threatened, or taken advantage of.

4. My apps may not be used for any unauthorized or unlawful purposes. International users undertake to abide by all local laws pertaining to appropriate content and online behavior.

5. You alone are in charge of your behavior and anything you submit, post, and show on my apps, including any text, data, information, screen names, images, profiles, and links.

6. No other app may be copied, altered, or made into a derivative work in order to fraudulently suggest that it is related to my apps.

7. You are not permitted to send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other type of solicitation to users through uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting, forwarding, giving links to, or in any other way making them available.

8.  Interference or disruption of my apps, servers, or networks linked to my services is not permitted such as the dissemination of viruses, worms, or any other damaging code that violates local, state, federal, or international law.

9. Using my apps, you agree not to break any local, state, federal, or international laws, whether knowingly or unknowingly.

10. Your app account will be terminated for violating any of these agreements. You acknowledge and agree that I shall not be liable for any content placed on my apps, even while I forbid such behavior and content within the app.

General Conditions

1. I maintain the right to change or stop providing my app services at any time, for any reason, and without prior warning.

2. I retain the right, at my sole discretion, to alter or amend these Terms of User by publishing updates on apps. Your continuing use of my apps will be interpreted as your consent to such changes or modifications. I reserve the right to define what, in good faith, constitutes a "material change," and I will apply common sense and reasonable judgment to make that determination.

3. I maintain the right to decline anyone service based on any sane assessment.

4. I reserve the right, but am under no duty, to delete any content or accounts that contain anything that I, in my sole discretion, deem to be illegal, objectionable, threatening, or defamatory. breaches my Terms of Use, the intellectual property of any third party, or is defamatory, obscene, or indecent in any other way.

5. You acknowledge and agree that I may store, use, and publish information gathered from your usage of my applications in an aggregated form for any reason as a condition of using my apps.

6. I reserve the right to take the usernames back for companies or people who own trademarks or legal claims to them.

Subscription information

Plans for subscriptions: weekly and monthly. 

• As soon as you confirm your purchase, your iTunes account will be charged. 

•  After the purchase, you can manage your subscriptions and disable auto-renewal from your Account Settings. 

• Unless you disable auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will renew on its own. 

• 24 hours before the end of the current period, the renewal fee will be applied to your account. 

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the period even if you cancel it. The existing subscription will not be refunded, but auto-renewal will be turned off. 

• If a free trial is available, any unused amount must be paid for via a membership.

Refund Policy

I don't have the authority to give refunds for in-app purchases made via the App Store. For such purchases, contacting Apple is the only method to get a refund. 

Please be aware that if you make in-app purchases through the App Store, there's a chance your service will automatically renew. Refunds won't be given in such a situation. Future renewals must be canceled by users in the appropriate App Store.

You consent to refrain from using the apps for the following purposes:

1.  Uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting, forwarding, giving links to, or otherwise making available any content that is illegal, dangerous, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invading someone else's privacy, hateful, or objectionable on the basis of race, ethnicity, or other criteria.

2.  Any material that violates copyright or encourages the infringement of others' intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademark and patent infringements, may be uploaded, posted, emailed, transmitted, forwarded, linked to, stored, or made available in any other way.

3.  Any unsolicited or illegal advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation should not be uploaded, posted, emailed, transmitted, sent, provided links to, stored, or otherwise made available. 

4.  To fraudulently claim or otherwise misrepresent your relationship with a person or entity, including but not limited to my authorities.

5.  To violate any rules, guidelines, policies, or laws about my applications.

Copyright

Every resource, including the texts, films, audio files, and photos, is shielded by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of the aforementioned sources is prohibited. Except for user-provided content, all rights, titles, and interests in and to my apps are and will continue to be the sole property of the applications and its licensors. Copyright, trademark, and other laws from China and other nations protect the services. You are not granted permission to use the App name, any trademarks, logos, domain names, photos, videos, audio files, texts, or other unique brand elements by anything in the Terms. Any suggestions, comments, or feedback you may have on the apps are completely optional, and I'll be free to utilize them anyway I see fit with no further commitment to you.
