As an instructional designer at Tek Experts, I was responsible for creating effective, engaging and interactive training solutions within the company. My responsibilities included, but were not limited to:

• Designing a variety of instructional materials for traditional instructor-led courses, online programs, web-based learning aids or products, and other programs as needed and deploying them across the business.

• Collaborating with global business partners and stakeholders to identify program goals and success metrics to improve operational efficiency, drive performance, and promote leadership development.

• Developing materials for courses based on information provided by subject matter experts and instructors to create the most effective learning experience possible.

• Designing and developing high-quality training materials, engaging learning paths, and building knowledge validation exercises to enhance knowledge retention and enhance performance.

• Designing and developing interactive learning assets for online, blended, and adaptive learning to close knowledge gaps.

As a developer at Tek Experts, I was responsible for developing engaging cutting edge online training materials within the company. My responsibilities included, but were not limited to:

• Partnering with the Instructional Designer in building meaningful, engaging and technical online interactive content and blended learning solutions.

• Applying learning theories to ensure courses meet the objectives and best practices for the
  participants.

• Developing contents and projects to the agreed standards of quality using course authoring tools,
  video creation tools, presentation tools, Learning Management System (LMS) etc

• Managing content for online tools and LMS.

• Ensuring that work is always within the agreed Corporate Brand guidelines.

• Unit testing of developed work to ensure standards of quality are met and handovers to QA are
  detailed and sent.
