End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Thank you for using applications published by Muhammad Shahzaib Apps (“Application Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before downloading, installing, or using any of our applications (the “Licensed Application”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Licensed Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Licensed Application.

Apple Standard License Notice

Applications made available through the Apple App Store are licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to use the Licensed Application is subject to your prior acceptance of either:

• Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), or
  
  

• This custom End User License Agreement (“Custom EULA”), where provided.
  
  

For applications obtained from the App Store:

• Apple is not the licensor of third-party applications.
  
  

• Muhammad Shahzaib Apps is the licensor of the Licensed Application.
  
  

• Apple is not responsible for the Licensed Application or its content.
  
  

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Muhammad Shahzaib Apps.

1. Scope of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Licensed Application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, and as permitted by Apple’s App Store Usage Rules.

This license allows you to use the Licensed Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy the Licensed Application (except as permitted by this license or Usage Rules)
  
  

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Licensed Application
  
  

• Modify or create derivative works of the Licensed Application
  
  

• Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or make the Licensed Application available over a network for use by multiple devices simultaneously
  
  

When selling or transferring an Apple device, you must remove the Licensed Application before transfer.

2. Consent to Use of Data

You agree that we may collect and use technical and related information, including but not limited to:

• Device information
  
  

• Operating system and app version
  
  

• Crash logs and performance data
  
  

Such information is collected periodically to:

• Improve app performance and stability
  
  

• Provide updates and support
  
  

• Enhance user experience
  
  

This information is used in a form that does not personally identify you, unless explicitly required for a specific feature.

3. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated.

Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Application and delete all copies.

4. External Services

The Licensed Application may provide access to third-party services or websites (“External Services”).

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Use of External Services is at your own risk
  
  

• We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content or accuracy
  
  

• We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by External Services
  
  

External Services may not be available in all regions or languages and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.

5. No Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
  
  

• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  
  

• ACCURACY
  
  

• NON-INFRINGEMENT
  
  

You assume full responsibility for any repair, correction, or servicing required.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so certain exclusions may not apply to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MUHAMMAD SHAHZAIB APPS BE LIABLE FOR:

• Personal injury
  
  

• Loss of profits or data
  
  

• Business interruption
  
  

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  
  

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed USD $50, except where prohibited by law.

7. Export Restrictions

You may not use or export the Licensed Application except as authorized by applicable laws. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to embargo and are not on any restricted party list.

You agree not to use the Licensed Application for any purpose prohibited by law.

8. U.S. Government Users

The Licensed Application is classified as “Commercial Computer Software” and is provided to U.S. Government users only with the rights granted under this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law:

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your country or region of residence.
  
  

• The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
  
  

Where applicable, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
