The order number for this purchase is 41351-124-431, and the serial number is 44331641. Unfortunately, the screen has stopped functioning, and I am requesting a replacement.
I have always appreciated the quality of your products, but last week, while using the laptop, the screen suddenly went blank. Although the laptop powers on and I can hear audio through the speakers, the display remains inactive. I attempted to troubleshoot the issue by restarting the device multiple times and searching online for solutions, but none worked.
