Dr Muhammad Absaruddin completed his PhD in Computer Science at Atlantic Technological University (ATU), Ireland, in 2026. He holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan. 

He was recognised as an Exemplary Reviewer of IEEE Communications Letters in 2024, which was covered by the Irish newspaper Donegal News and by ATU's official social media channels. He has served on the Technical Program Committees of IEEE MECOM 2026, IEEE FNWF 2026, ACM NanoCom 2026 and IEEE MECOM 2025 and chaired sessions at IWCMC 2024. He currently reviews for several journals, including IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials; IEEE Transactions on Communications; Nature Scientific Reports; IEEE Communications Letters; IEEE Transactions on Green Communications and Networking; IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society; IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking; Physical Communication, Computers & Electrical Engineering (Elsevier); Journal of Network and Computer Applications; Journal of Communications and Networks; Wireless Networks; KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems; Engineering Reports; and Frontiers in Blockchain.
