The project will generate 4320MW (12 Units @ 360 MW each) hydroelectric power with an annual energy of 21445GWh and will be developed in two (02) Stages (Stage-I&II). Stage-I will generate 2160MW (06 Units @ 360MW each) with an annual energy of 12,222GWh. Stage-I will be completed in five (05) years. The project is being financed by the World Bank.

The BISP program is one of the largest cash transfer programs in the world. Central to the design and administration of the BISP program is data: the data on over 27 million households in the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER), and MIS data on the administration of the BISP program itself.
A cash graduation program is being implemented by the CERP team in the Faisalabad and Chakwal districts of Punjab province. The team consists of leading researchers from Harvard University, MIT-USA and, the London School of Economics.

Women’s Mobility project aimed to test the overall impact of women’s-only transport on women’s mobility, labour force participation, and firm-level outcomes in Lahore.
The project implemented a Randomized Control Trial (RCT) in the Lahore Metropolitan Area which aimed to quantify the impact of social norms on women’s participation in the public sphere, including in the labour force, and tested whether a simple intervention can expand women’s opportunities outside the home and employers’ access to female workers.
