In charge of continuous research and development of a series (500 Series) of refrigerator models, adding new features, improving aesthetics, cost and process optimization and solving existing production lines and after-sales issues. 

Developed new refrigerator concepts by benchmarking competitor products, designing moldable parts in CAD, and creating comprehensive structural Bills of Materials (BOM). 

Developed cooling circuit for new refrigerator model and tested and optimized for manufacturing. 

Managed the entire tooling lifecycle, from selecting mold, die, and jig suppliers and confirming specifications (DFM) to overseeing the implementation of jigs, fixtures, and gauges on the production line. 

Drove product improvement and cost optimization by analyzing assembly line issues and after-sales service problems, executing design modifications, and ensuring all structural parts met certification standards. 

Managed a team of four technicians for providing support to the production of refrigerator models of around 4,00,000 units per annum, addressing instant assembly line issues, implementing and running trials of new parts. 

Developed and delivered comprehensive 3D models, detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, and photo realistic rendered images and videos for diverse client projects across multiple industries. 

Converted client specifications into precise mechanical designs and visualizations. Projects involve spare parts design, new product design, existing part modification, design for 3D printing and machining, DFM, DIY project designs and Industrial designs. 

Successfully completed over 300 projects with a consistent client satisfaction rating of 4.9/5 stars. 

Created 3D models, renders & animations for tutorials on flying RC planes. 

Maintained and completed a large pool of tasks regularly on a remote basis.
