There was an unbalance social hierarchy in seremban which cause alot of negative effect towards the society of seremban like homeless, food wastage and many more. The building function as a center to balancing and counter all the negative issues basically a center that can connect the commonutiy through food by providing food for community, reuse the amount of food wastage and convert it into reusable item for the usage of community, designing a building that can attract people to come to rebalance back the population of seremban resident who need to drive outside of seremban just for food and entertaiment, designing a building that can work according to building function. 

Through this it can help to reduce the wastage of food product and improve the social hierarchy and social community people of seremban
