Welcome to our applications (“Apps”), developed and operated by Muhammad Bilal (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Apps or purchasing any subscriptions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Apps.
Some features within our Apps (including but not limited to chatbots, summarization tools, printing utilities, templates, video generation, or meeting-related features) are offered through subscription-based access (“Subscriptions”).
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly), depending on the plan you select.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID / iTunes Account at the time of purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
Subscription prices and durations are clearly displayed in the App before purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store Account Settings.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
A valid Apple ID is required to access and manage subscriptions.
All subscription handling, billing, refunds, and cancellations are managed exclusively by Apple.
All content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks within the Apps are the exclusive property of Muhammad Bilal or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from any part of the Apps
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use the Apps or content for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
The Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available
Generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose
The Apps will meet all user expectations
Use of the Apps is at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muhammad Bilal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Apps, including but not limited to:
Loss of data
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Reliance on generated content
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may periodically release updates to:
Improve performance
Fix bugs
Enhance security
Add or modify features
Updates may be installed automatically or made available through the App Store.
By continuing to use the Apps, you agree to receive such updates.
You agree not to misuse the Apps, including but not limited to:
Using the Apps for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities
Attempting to disrupt or compromise app security
Violating applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication within the Apps or on our website.
Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
