Working on the further improvement of a liquid plasma discharge device and method for biodiesel synthesis using SAME (Patent No. WO2017132242A1): This technology revolutionizes the traditional batch design of the fermenter and features much smaller reactor size with no bulk storage needed, fast reaction (<1 second reaction time vs. hours).
Developed and optimized the process for high quality ethyl and methyl ester (Biodiesel) from triglycerides in the presence of sodium ethoxide and sodium methoxide in LPPD reactor respectively.
Understanding the role of electron density and solution conductivity mechanism involve in fast and advanced conversion of Triglycerides and Fats.
Developing a new Biofuel conversion processes for different 2nd and 3rd generation Biofuel feedstocks.
Industry project; High FFA content corn oil to produce biodiesel. We have used ethanol (90-95%) with sulphuric acid for esterification by plasma reaction and FFA reduced oil with sodium ethoxide for transesterification.
Liquid plasma to pretreat lignocellulosic biomass to produce biofuel and different organic compounds.
Projects assisting: Develop and evaluate an electrolytic reactor equipped with an anodic magnesium plate to produce struvite from the effluent of the anaerobic digester to remove both nitrogen and phosphorus.
Per fluorinated Alkyl Substances (PFAS) degradation in novel liquid phase plasma discharge reactor.

Modified the Non- Precious Composite electrode of 3D carbon aerogel and Nickel foam (3D NF-CA). It will increase surface area and help to form biofilm to reduce irreversible energy losses in MEC reactor.
Developed a method for purification of biodiesel via pre-washing of trans-esterified waste oil to produce less contaminated wastewater.
Empirically developed gas model of continuously cultured Nitzschia for CO2 fixation and provision of O2.
