Lucy Teed, President
Lucy is a sophmore studying data science. She is interested in identifying ways machine learning and statistical methods can strengthen public health research and education for health data science. Talk to her about soccer, coffee, music, sitcoms, and the best kinds of desserts.

Jenny Kuo, President
Jenny is a junior studying statistics and political science. She looks forward to applying statistical methods to political analysis! Some of her hobbies are skiing, swimming, reading, and watching surgical films (however, afraid of blood).

Mikey Turner, Head of Logistics
Michael is a sophomore studying statistics and computer science. He is passionate about the intersection of Finance, computer science, and economics, leveraging statistical methods and computational techniques to analyze and solve real-world problems. Talk to him about baseball, rugby, and music.

Rohan Athreya, Head of Outreach & Public Affairs
Rohan is a freshman studying data science and mathematics. He is interested in how statistical models can be applied to the social sciences, especially as it relates to election forecasting. Talk to him about the New York Times crossword, making maps on QGIS, elections around the world, Eurovision, or just about anything else.
As the head of Outreach and Public Affairs, Rohan oversees communications between MUgSS and outside corporations to help organize events and foster partnerships that can benefit members. You can reach out to him at rathreya@umich.edu for any inquiries or just to chat!
Elle Chen, Head of Marketing & Design
Elle is a current sophomore majoring in Stats/DS. She is interested in applying statistics in the healthcare sector. Elle's favorite restaurant on campus is Kang's.

Jay Vogel, Head of Logistics
Jay Vogel is a junior majoring in statistics. He is interested in applying statistics and mathematical principles to a career in actuarial science and risk management. Some of his hobbies are poker, weightlifting, fantasy novels, and binging entire shows in one weekend.

Archita Agrawal, Board Member
Archita is a senior studying economics and statistics. She is interested in the world of Finance and applying economic as well as statistical theory to real life situations. Talk to her about TV shows, movies, food, books, travel or anything else!

Gwen Jones, Board Member
Gwen is a senior studying statistics and data science. She is interested in the applications of statistics, machine learning, and computer science to healthcare and clinical research. Emily Gao, Board Member
Emily is a senior studying statistics, entrepreneurship, and sociology of health and medicine. She is interested in business analytics, management, and applying statistical knowledge to make sound business decisions. She likes playing guitar and piano, cooking, dancing (she can’t), and traveling.

Karl Mohy El Din, Board Member
Karl is a senior majoring in economics and cognitive science interested in human behavior and decision-making. As head of analytics, you have him to thank for interest and feedback forms. He ensures member interests, compliments, critiques, wants, and needs are heard and incorporated into events. Amanda Xu, Board Member
Amanda is a sophmore studying neuroscience and statistics. She hopes to explore new ways of applying statistical methods in scientific research and discovery. She enjoys running, drawing, playing piano, and watching dramas (open to new recs)!
