IMPORTANT: My supporters on Patreon are given commission priority as one of their perks. If you're a member of my Patreon, you'll get notified whenever I open new slots! Slots only ever become available to non-members if slots have remained open to members for a week and have not yet been filled, which rarely happens.

Prices above are for Standard Colour*. Additional fees are as applicable:

- Full Render: +30% total price (see difference below)

- Complex/Detailed Clothing: +25% total price

- With Alts: Varying additional percentage depending on how much they change the original piece, a minimum of +10% per alt.

- Private (not to be posted on any of Muffin's Social Medias): +10% total price

- Creative Trust Discount (Trust my process, no updates or adjustments): -10% total price

*Listed here because I do not personally feel able to produce pieces in these styles of high enough quality to justify accepting payment for them. If you don't mind me being green with the subject matter, though, you may still submit your requests with that in mind!

I will not accept commissions for copywritten characters. The subject characters of your requested commissions must be either characters I own, your own original characters, or characters by other people who have consented to you commissioning art of their characters from me.

Terms

(Below is a brief overview of my terms. A more complete, robust, and legalese-y form of my terms and conditions can be found here.

Process

You must be over the age of 18 to commission me. You must also be over the age of 18 to view my work at all, so this really shouldn't be an issue.
If I decide to accept your commission, I will contact you via your provided contact information. Do NOT attempt to reach out to me outside of the form to ask whether or not I will accept your commission.
I accept payment via Ko-Fi primarily. If that is an issue for you, I may also be able to send a PayPal invoice upon request. Do NOT send me payment until I ask for it, and give you a final amount.
100% of payment is expected upfront. This is non-negotiable.
Unless you select the Creative Trust Discount, you will recieve progress updates at the Anatomical Sketch, Lineart, Flat Colour, Shading/Rendering, and Finishing stages. At each of these stages, you must verbally sign off on the stage's completion to your satisfaction before I continue work.
Edits and adjustments at the anatomical sketch stage are free, within reason. Anything more than minor adjustments at any subsequent stages may result in additional fees, depending on how much of the art will need to be redrawn.
Upon accepting your commission, I will give you a rough timetable of when to expect work to begin. My schedule varies month to month, but in general, I will try to always at least begin if not complete commissions within a month of accepting them. If more than a month has gone by since I accepted your commission, and I haven't updated you yet, feel free to reach back out.

Refunds/Cancellations

Full refunds of commissions you want to cancel are available up until I send you the anatomical sketch. After I send you the anatomical sketch, it means that work has begun on your commission, and refunds are no longer available.
If you wish to cancel a commission after this point, you may be able to receive partial credit on a future commission based on how much work was already completed on the original commission, based on my discretion.
If more than two months have gone by since I accepted your commission, and you have not recieved a progress update or reasonable explanation for the delay in the past week, you have the right to request a full refund no matter how much work has been done on the piece.

Copyright

I own the rights to all artwork I produce for commissions. This does not give me the rights to any preexisting character designs that you give me to work with.
Standardly, you have the free right to use commissioned work for any personal use you like. Sharing my username and links wherever you post or show off the artwork is extremely appreciated, but not required so long as my watermark remains on the work.
Additional discussion and fees will apply if you intend on using the commissioned artwork for any form of commercial or monetized use. It is your responsibility to disclose this intent to me.
Any licensed use of my work as a part of a greater published work (video games, youtube videos, etc) must include an artistic credit to me.
If you did not initially pay for commercial use rights of a commissioned piece, but decide you want them later, you can feel free to reach back out to me to discuss them.
You may not trace my work, claim my work as your own or someone else's, or remove/cover my watermark when sharing the work.
You may not use my work for NFTs or AI Model training, even if commissioned. If you ask, I will strongly urge you to go find a cactus to peg yourself with.
