Delete your Muffin account
Google Play account-deletion request page
You can ask us to delete your Muffin account and the personal data we store with it (email, progress, gem balance, support messages).
How to request deletion
1. Email www.hamza199955@gmail.com from the same address you use to sign in.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my Muffin account.
3. We will confirm and delete the account, usually within 7 days.
You can also open Support inside the app and ask us to delete the account.
What we delete
- Your login (email / Google sign-in)
- Learning progress, word bank, and gem wallet
- Support tickets you opened
We may keep a limited purchase record if the law requires it (for example, a completed App Store or Google Play payment). Ad identifiers are handled by Google AdMob.
