Meet Bruno (brown) and Toto!
These two terrier mix babies were seized from a home after the owner passed away. We believe there to be abuse, neglect, lack of attention in vet, care, drugs, and other horrors in this house, which, since then has basically been condemned. These poor pups were found amongst the garbage frozen in fear and filthy, full of fleas, had hair loss and in terrible condition. I’ve had them here for several months and they are doing much better. Bruno‘s coat has grown in beautifully and they are now starting to come out of their shell. They really are adorable with their funny bottom teeth. They are now healthy and they just need to find a home to be loved and happy. They need to get out of rescue where they are part of such a large group and get more one on one attention and socialization. They get along great with other dogs, cats unknown. There is no aggression whatsoever, they are just really scared and want to hide. Can you help us get them into a phenomenal foster home or adoption home? They are a bonded pair. They are approximately six years old and 10 pounds each. They are house trained and neutered. They will also use pee pads.

Meet Shaggy! This precious young girl is as sweet as they come. She gets along great with all other dogs, people and even cats. Shaggy was found as a stray in bad shape. Now she is completely vetted and ready to find her forever home. She has her vaccinations and is spayed, is heartworm negative and microchipped. Shaggy is very laid-back and mellow, even the vet commented on how docile and good she was. Shaggy is approximately two years old, 21 pounds and a terrier mix.

Copper is a male, neutered, around 3-4 years old, heartworm negative. He is dog/cat/kid friendly. "He is a total love bug!” He weighs approximately 10 pounds. He had bad flea allergies, but has been treated and now his coat is looking good.

Meet Tias! He's a small, spicy 10 year-old possible Chi, rat terrier mix. His owner passed away, and he found himself in a very high volume shelter, scared, confused and alone. He will be going next Monday to finish his vetting, which will also include a full dental and neuter. He gets along with other dogs, but he’s really not interested in them. He’d rather be with his person. He seems very unsure of everything. He may not have been in the best of homes. He is sweet and likes to cuddle. He goes to the bathroom outside, but we are working on his house breaking. Would love to find him a quiet, loving home with maybe an older person or a couple where he will be showered with love and affection. This poor little guy needs to have someone help him build his confidence.

Falcor gets along great with all our other dogs at the rescue and absolutely adores his people. He would be a phenomenal companion and wonderful, loving addition to most any family. Meet Matcha! Are you looking for a loving companion? Well, here she is! Matcha is a Chiweenie mix that is approximately 2 years old, 17 pounds and a bit shy with new people at first, but she is extremely affectionate once she settles in. Matcha is great with other dogs and she loves her people. Matcha is completely vetted, crate trained and housebroken. She loves to cuddle with her person, is very sweet and has even lived with cats.

Meet Goldie! Goldie is a sweet, little Yorkie who was saved from euthanasia. She is approximately 7 pounds and three years old. We don’t know what tragedy left her paralyzed, but she has no use of her two back legs. She will be going to the vet for x-rays and exams to see what we can figure out for long-term plan, but she gets along perfectly fine by scooting along the floor or does really great in her wheelchair. She is capable of peeing and pooping on her own, but she does not have control. She has adjusted very well to wearing a diaper and it’s truly not that difficult as she is such a little bitty girl. Would you consider opening up your heart in your home and adopting or fostering this sweet pup when she arrives at the rescue?

Meet Jack. Jack is a mellow, low key dog that loves being a couch potato. He is an older, sweet, calm gentleman but it does take him a while to warm up to strangers. He is about 8 years old. He was saved from a hoarding situation with almost 70 other dogs. He has been treated for Heartworm and is done with the treatments but he will need to remain on Heartgard once a month for the rest of his life. He weighs about 45 pounds and is completely vetted.
