Meet baby! This poor soul was found dumped on the streets. Baby is approximately 5 months old and weighs 20 pounds. We are guessing that she is a chocolate lab/chihuahua mix. Flaco's Story…

Meet Flaco! This poor little pup was another one found wandering the streets abandoned by his owner as just a puppy. My friend who took him in picked 180 ticks off of him, but he has been on medication since day one so he does not get heartworm or tick borne diseases. He only weighs about 6 1/2 pounds and is approximately three months old. He is an adorable little chocolate brown chi mix pup with white markings. He has been vaccinated for Bordetella ,parainfluenza and distemper, microchipped, neutered, dewormed, and on flea and tick preventative. He is a sweet, loving, adorable, fun little puppy and he would be a great addition to any family.

Meet Jerry! Tom and Jerry are sibling brothers that were found dumped in a vacant lot at only 4 1/2 pounds each. They were scooped up by a good samaritan and we accepted them into our rescue. They are now 7 1/2 pound, roly-poly little Tootsie rolls. They are dorable and are about three months old. These two little brothers will be finishing their vetting towards the end of this week and will then become available for adoption. They are too young for a heartworm test, but are on heartworm preventative. They will be neutered, rabies vaccinated, microchipped, etc. These two cuties are full of puppy energy curiosity, and love to play. They are a comical pair.

Pio's Story…

Meet Pio! This cutie is a chihuahua/terrier mix. He is about 1.5 years old and weighs approximately 6 pounds. He is a very active little guy and loves to run around. He goes into his crate for the night or when his foster leaves for errands. He’s very alert to noise and will alert you. He’ll bark at other dogs but not aggressively.

Then when he gets used to them(fairly quickly) he’s gets goofy and wants to play. We’re working on potty training and it is slowly coming along.

Meet Susie! This sweet, little gal is a 12 year old, 8 pound, female Chihuahua. Susie came from lousy living conditions. She was really dirty with long nails and not in the best of shape. She has been bathed, groomed and will be completely vetted this week. She will also get a dental cleaning done. She is a sweet girl who needs a nice, loving, quiet home for her remaining years.

Merlin's Story…

Meet Merlin! He will be available for adoption once his vaccinations are complete. He is neutered. We named him Merlin because of his beautiful blue merle coloring and he has the most awesome "Zorro" mask. Merlin is approximately 24 pounds and about 8 years old. We will know more once he sees the vet. He is a poodle mix. He is very sweet and affectionate. He prefers the company of people over dogs. He just wants to snuggle. He is well behaved and house trained.

Goldie's Story…

Meet Goldie! Goldie is a sweet, little Yorkie who was saved from euthanasia. She is approximately 7 pounds and three years old. We don’t know what tragedy left her paralyzed, but she has no use of her two back legs. She will be going to the vet for x-rays and exams to see what we can figure out for long-term plan, but she gets along perfectly fine by scooting along the floor or does really great in her wheelchair. She is capable of peeing and pooping on her own, but she does not have control. She has adjusted very well to wearing a diaper and it’s truly not that difficult as she is such a little bitty girl. Would you consider opening up your heart in your home and adopting or fostering this sweet pup?
