Teaching

I strongly believe that by teaching we can influence students' behavior and ways of thinking. Teaching gives us opportunities to show students how to use economic and analytical tools to understand real-world problems. In my courses, I use active learning techniques, real-world data, and advanced economic and innovative methods to cultivate in students the love for Economics. I use several applications ranging from poverty measures using household surveys, gender inequalities in education and health, and experimental evidence in Latin America, North America, and South Asia. I value diversity and inclusivity, and I strive to create an inclusive environment where all students feel motivated to learn and collaborate with their peers.
