Children's Museum of Indianapolis: Playscape Studio

Redeveloped "Lines, Shapes, and Colors" through theme curation and lesson plan design. Provided documentation training for preschool teachers to capture and elevate student learning.

The Museum Within the Church Within

Ongoing, participatory exhibition designed to foster community connection. Explores the intersection of sacred spaces and interactive, shared narratives.

Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields

Developed and led K–6 art and nature experiences and collection-based curriculum guides. Led specialized summer camps integrating art and science for students and educators.

Indiana Arts Commission at 100 Acres

Managed planning and implementation of the Region 7 grantee retreat. Focused on leveraging the Art & Nature Park for professional reflection and growth.

Clowes Memorial Hall, Butler University

Provided art education consulting and professional development. Work focused on bridging performing arts experiences with classroom learning strategies.

The Art Museum as Experience (Indiana University Bloomington, Department of Art History)

Developed and taught graduate and undergraduate course focused on the museum as a primary site for pedagogical inquiry. Curriculum challenges students to view galleries as dynamic learning laboratories.

Museums, Artifacts, and Everyday Life (Indiana University, Bloomington School of Education)

Designed undergraduate course exploring the relationship between material culture and daily lived experience. Teaches students to deconstruct the significance of objects within and beyond museum walls.

Indiana University Libraries

Art education consulting focused on creating meaningful engagement for students within campus library systems. Reimagines library spaces as third spaces for artistic discovery.

Much Ado Exhibitions

School-based and workplace-based object and thinking routine experiences. Uses curated items to spark collaborative inquiry and critical thinking.

Much Ado History Harvest

Adult small-group show and tell with a deep-thinking twist. Explores personal and collective histories through the lens of material culture.

Custom youth and adult maker space experiences prioritizing thinking routines, hands-on construction, and creative problem-solving.

Southeast Community Services

Curriculum development and oversight for adult, youth, family and school-based programming. 

West Jessamine County (KY) Schools

Developed arts-based curricula and delivered professional development for teachers. Initiatives integrate object-based creative practice into the core academic experience.

Fletcher Place Community Center

Curriculum coaching and professional development for early childhood educators. Centered on elevating instructional quality through reflective practice.

Indiana Women's Prison

Developed and evaluated family preservation programs and summer day camps for incarcerated women and their visiting children. Curriculum designed to maintain vital family bonds through shared creative and educational experiences.

Arts for Learning Indiana

Created the "Third Space" curriculum, using original museum-quality artworks to enhance the core curriculum. Work highlighted in a documentary on transformative arts education. Watch the documentary below!

Clay as Experience and Language (IAEYC)

Preschool teacher training at the Indiana Association for the Education of Young Children annual conference. Explored clay as a primary "language" for early expression.

100 Languages at 100 Acres (IAEYC)

Specialized IAEYC training session utilizing the 100 Acres Art & Nature Park. Focused on Reggio-inspired concepts of multiple symbolic languages in a natural setting.
