Punctuality: Be on time for school and classes. Late arrivals will be recorded.
Proper Uniform: Wear the complete, clean school uniform every day.
Politeness: Always use respectful language. Bullying and harassment are strictly prohibited.
Follow Instructions: Obey all school authorities, including teachers and staff.
Regular Attendance: A minimum of 85% attendance is mandatory each term.
Leave Procedures: Submit a parent-signed application for absences, with a doctor's certificate for medical leave.
Latecomers: Persistent late arrivals (Maximum 3 days) may face disciplinary action.
Homework and Assignments: Ensure all homework and assignments are completed on time.
Classroom Etiquette: Respect the learning environment—avoid disrupting classes.
Exams: Adhere strictly to examination guidelines. Cheating will result in severe consequences.
Care for Property: Respect school property; any damage caused must be compensated for.
Mobile Phones: No mobile phones or gadgets allowed without prior school permission.
Cleanliness: Keep the school neat—littering is prohibited.
Playground Safety: Use equipment properly and avoid rough or dangerous play.
ID Cards: Wear your school ID at all times while on campus.
Restricted Areas: Access to staff rooms, labs, and the admin office is not permitted without authorization.
Emergency Protocols: Follow staff instructions calmly during emergencies.
Personal Hygiene: Maintain proper hygiene at all times—clean hands, nails, and clothes are essential.
Food Restrictions: Eat only in designated areas like the cafeteria. No food or drinks in classrooms.
Activity Participation: All students are encouraged to join at least one extracurricular club, sport, or activity.
Good Sportsmanship: Show respect and fairness in all school activities, both academic and athletic.
Consequences for Misconduct: Disciplinary actions may include warnings, detention, suspension, or expulsion, based on the severity of the violation.
Parental Involvement: Parents will be contacted in the case of serious or repeated rule violations to discuss the matter and take corrective action.

FINES AND FEES POLICY
■ A fine of 1 Taka will be imposed for each day of absence from class.
■ Any student absent for five days during the half-yearly or yearly examination will be fined an amount equivalent to one month's fees.
■ A fine equivalent to one month’s fees will be imposed for each working day missed without permission.
Fee Payment Schedule:
Classes 1 and 2:
Payment dates: 4th, 5th, 14th, and 15th of each month.
Payments can be made until the 24th of the month with fines.
Classes 3 and 4:
Payment dates: 6th, 7th, 16th, and 17th of each month.
Payments can be made until the 25th of the month with fines.
Classes 5 and 6:
Payment dates: 8th, 9th, 18th, and 19th of each month.
Payments can be made until the 26th of the month with fines.
Classes 7 and 8:
Payment dates: 10th, 11th, 20th, and 21st of each month.
Payments can be made until the 27th of the month with fines.
Classes 9 and 10:
Payment dates: 12th, 13th, 22nd, and 23rd of each month.
Payments can be made until the 28th of the month with fines.
If monthly fees are not paid by the specified dates, a fine of 1 Taka will be charged for each day of delay starting from the next month.
If fees remain unpaid for three consecutive months, the student’s name will be removed from the enrollment list, and re-admission will be required to continue.
