Muay Thai is known as the national sport of Thailand and the exhilarating "art of eight limbs" for its combined use of punches, kicks, knees, and elbow strikes. Imagine it as a form of kickboxing but with knees and elbows! As one of the most skilled and challenging combat sports, Muay Thai offers valuable benefits for both self-defense and fitness.
Our club welcomes all experience levels to train in this multi-faceted martial art. Learn essential techniques like clinch work, kicks, and knee strikes from experienced instructors. Muay Thai training goes beyond throwing punches - you'll develop strength, stamina, flexibility, discipline and self-confidence. Our positive community will support you as you progress in your skills and knowledge.

Beyond physical benefits, Muay Thai is uniquely effective at developing mental reflexes, focus, and self-confidence. Reacting spontaneously to your opponent's movements will train responsiveness and decision-making instincts.

We always start practice with a warm up, stretches, and workouts to help prime our body for the particular techniques we will be training that day.
Technique and correct form are demonstrated during every lesson, so members don't need to worry if they are beginners or even a little rusty.
Training does require teaming up with a partner, so feel free to bring a friend who would love to train with you!
