When you use these AI features, you acknowledge that the text, images, videos, prompts, or other content you voluntarily submit may be securely transmitted to these providers solely to process your request and generate the requested output.
AI-generated content is produced automatically and may occasionally contain inaccuracies, unexpected results, or content that does not meet your expectations. You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating all generated content before using or sharing it.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the App.
By submitting content for AI processing, you confirm that:
You have the necessary rights or permission to use the submitted content.
Your content does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
You are responsible for the content you submit and any consequences arising from its use.
The App does not collect, store, analyze, or use face data or facial recognition information.
If you upload images containing faces, they are used only to perform the requested AI feature and are not used for facial recognition, biometric identification, identity verification, advertising, or user tracking.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is handled and how third-party AI providers process submitted content.
The App, including its design, software, graphics, trademarks, and other content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by the App developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit any part of the App except as permitted by law.
We strive to keep the App available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability.

The App relies on third-party services, including Meshy AI and Google Gemini API.
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
