Mrs Min Cao is a chartered engineer with over 30 years of process engineering design experience, from feasibility studies through to detailed design of Process, Utility and Offsites systems for a variety of onshore/offshore projects in the Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petro-chemical, Refinery, Water and Wastewater Treatment industries.
