As a part of my undergrad research, I studied different modelling approaches (drift-diffusion and non-equilibrium Green's Function) to examine dark current characteristics of quantum dot based infrared photodetector. My study
The photo and dark current characteristics of GaN and ZnO-based MSM photodetectors have been studied. Lumerical, Comsol and MATLAB have been used for this study.
