Ward Mission Statement
Our mission as Mt Pleasant 1st Ward missionaries is to help all within our boundaries, whether they are permanent or temporary residents, to feel the Love of Christ and the peace that his gospel brings. We will do this by focusing on three aspects; Retention, Reactivation and Conversion. We will encourage adults and youth alike to utilize technology and social media in sharing uplifting messages in normal and natural ways. We will also encourage all to work with missionaries and refer individuals and families (both members and non-members) to hear messages about Jesus Christ and His gospel. This will add value and peace to their lives as they feel the Love of Christ through our members and missionaries. All residents within our ward boundaries will feel welcome amongst our congregation, whether it be inside or outside of church and ward activities.
