As the associate director of design, I played a crucial role in this executive education program. Collaborating with a diverse international design team, I facilitated and developed multiple faculty planning sessions spanning several months. By leveraging my expertise, I contributed to the planning and development of interactive supplements that enhanced and extended the learning experience. Through detailed script analysis and feedback, I ensured the alignment of content with the program's intended design and the vision of the faculty contributors. A notable feature of this program was the applied capstone project, where participants applied the curriculum to a problem facing them in their own professional settings. This real-world application added a practical dimension to the learning experience and allowed participants to make meaningful contributions in their respective roles in healthcare leadership.
