Launching a Startup Entrepreneurship Program is an exciting endeavor aimed at empowering aspiring entrepreneurs to bring their business ideas to life. As an associate director of design, my skills have been instrumental in shaping this transformative project. Collaborating with a diverse international design team, we harnessed the expertise of multiple faculty subject matter experts to develop a comprehensive curriculum. Drawing inspiration from the renowned Startup Garage program, we created interactive playbooks for each module, providing learners with practical tools and strategies to navigate the entrepreneurial journey. A key highlight of the program is the capstone project, where participants utilize the program's lessons to craft and pitch their own startup ideas. This experiential learning opportunity allows learners to apply their knowledge and showcase their entrepreneurial acumen. Through my role, I facilitated a dynamic and engaging learning experience, fostering innovation and providing aspiring entrepreneurs with the necessary skills to launch their ventures successfully.
