Aligned to Common Core Career Ready Practices
As an instructional designer, I played a key role in creating and implementing various features of this initiative. One of the primary aspects was instructional design, where I strategically crafted engaging and effective learning experiences. I also integrated open education resources (OER) to provide teachers and students with access to high-quality, up-to-date content. Additionally, I designed printable teacher resources tailored to the classroom setting, ensuring seamless integration of the program into existing curricula. With my expertise in graphic design, I created visually appealing materials that enhanced the learning experience. Effective communication with subject matter experts (SMEs) and clients was another vital skill I utilized, ensuring the project aligned with the desired outcomes. Lastly, I conducted focus groups to gather valuable feedback and insights, enabling continuous improvement and refinement of the program.
