This basement apartment is a great place for newly weds, a pair of college kids, or an individual looking for their own space! Sometimes the $895/mo price tag seems like a lot, but remember that covers all utilities! Find that deal anywhere else for $1200sq/ft in a 1996 (recently updated) home. 

This property is the basement of a residential home. The owners of the property live upstairs. The two spaces (upstairs & downstairs) are completely separate and independent of each other. You will have your own laundry, your own entrance, your own kitchen, and your own driveway.

It's a peaceful neighborhood, away from businesses on a quiet little street. It's pretty common to find deer in the front yard. 

The contract is for the academic year (Aug - April). You are also welcome to stay for the summer. 

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Additionally, no smoking or alcohol consumption in or on the premises. "Really? No alcohol?" Unfortunately, yes, no alcohol. I'm done having to patch fist-sized holes in my walls. No thanks. :)

You will be required to have an interview with the owners as part of the application process. At which point you will be given a copy of the contract for you to review at your leisure.
