Rules:
The rules remain the same as the normal version, with the following changes:
All cards in your 78 deck must be common.
Your talisman must be at a common rarity as well.
Your commander may be any uncommon creature.
Banned List:
25 cards with the Card Type “Conspiracy.”
9 cards that reference "playing for ante."
