Coerver Coach Education – Maynooth Town FC – Follow-up from Coerver

Coerver is offering several supports to the coaches of MTFC:

•  Coerver App access – Coerver has uploaded the information from the coaches that filled out the google form. 

• Coach observation opportunity – Coerver has 3-4 Coerver coaches onsite at the Maynooth Astro every Thursday from 4:30pm to 5:30pm, coaching players in our Performance Academy. Coaches are encouraged to pop down and observe from time to time, hang around and ask them questions, they’ll be only too happy to help. Coerver encourages you to recommended players in your groups to sign up and attend if they can and avail of this additional training. This is especially good for any child that may not be interested in matches or on the MTFC waitlist.

• Coach WhatsApp Group – Coerver will set up a coaches WhatsApp group (admin only status) where helpful tips, session ideas etc. will be periodically shared that coaches can use as an additional resource.

• In-person team coaching support – Coerver will discuss a model with the club in the coming weeks whereby we could help support coaches in their specific team sessions periodically for those that want additional support.
