Welcome to the Library!
Hi! My name is Sara Green, your librarian at Midtown. Here at Midtown we love to learn and read. We have a wonderful collection of fiction and nonfiction books. Students visit the library at least once a week during Encore time. At Encore, we will read books, learn about ELA standards, practice technology skills on the Google platform and learn how to code. Students also use Library time to check out books. I look forward to seeing you in the Library!

*For Distance Learning Students ONLY*
If you are learning from home for the second semester and would like to check out a book from our school library, please use the form below to request a book. Books will be available for check out for 2 weeks at a time but can be renewed for an additional week. Students may check out one book per student. Books will be available for pick up on Wednesdays 9:15-10:15 and Thursdays 1:00-2:00. Books that are returned will follow the same COVID-19 policy as books that are checked out during Encore time with a 3 day quarantine before being placed back in the collection. When returning library books, please place them in the black return tub at the front door.
