Who We Are

Located on Highway 52, east of Dahlonega, GA, we are "the white church in the curve" in the community known as Garland, GA.

The second oldest church in Lumpkin County, established in 1835.

We are an independent country Baptist Church. We're not large, but we're not small, either. Usually around 150 (sometimes more) are in attendance for Sunday worship service.

We do not adhere to a time schedule. We let the Lord lead us each service.

In our worship services, we sing songs of praise, hear preaching, teaching, and testimonials of the goodness of God. We just enjoy being together lifting up the name of our Savior.

We have a wonderful pastor who loves the people and the church. But most of all, he loves the Lord.

We are blessed to have a choir full of people who love to sing . We are not contemporary or "professional" in our music. We sing traditional "red back hymnal" songs along with southern gospel. Everyone is welcome to be a part!
