My teaching philosophy is student led teaching. I believe that this is a good approach to teaching because it actively engages students in their learning process, making them more motivated and invested. It allows for differentiation, so each student can learn at their own pace and in their own style. Plus it encourages critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This philosophy will be implemented in my classroom by me getting to know my students. Being able to understand their interests, strengths, and areas for growth will allow me to tailor my lessons to their needs. I will use group work and peer learning to foster a sense of community and shared responsibility. I will be integrating lots of digital tools that can offer personalized learning experiences. I will guide and support students rather than just delivering information. I will encourage them to ask questions and explore topics that are interested further than we go into them in the classroom.
