Equality means everyone has the same rights nad opportunities, regardless of their background, gender, race, or any other characteristics. It's about making sure everyone is treated fairly and has access to the same resources and opportunities. I will have a classroom where every student will be getting the same opportunities regardless of their background, gender, race, or any other characteristics. I will also be advocating for them everywhere else they go in the school for them to get equal opportunities everywhere.

This includes providing support systems for regular education teachers to successfully include children with disabilities in the regular classroom. It's all about creating an environment where everyone feels valued and has the chance to thrive. Teachers can promote equality in the classroom by using inclusive teaching strategies, like differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all students. Collaboration between special education and regular education teachers is also key to meeting the needs of students with disabilities. Additionally, creating a respectful and supportive classroom environment where every student feels valued is super important.
