Come spring, Tuesday's indoor workout will be a RED hard day
The day before a meet should be GREEN with strides or starts
Rest of the week is mix and match - Im always avaliable to help
Take time to recover. Listen to your body, but dont be lazy.
Core and stretching can be done everyday, and Is recommended
"Building" up from GREEN to YELLOW to RED is a good practice
You should have 2-3 RED days per week
Dont stack RED days back to back
Dont ignore the GREEN days
Block work and starts can be mixed in on any day
