✨ Celebrating Excellence: A Look Back at MSU Denver’s Black/African American Student Graduation Celebration ✨
On December 10th, we gathered to honor the incredible achievements of our Black/African American graduates in a celebration filled with joy, cultural pride, and inspiration. The event was a resounding success, thanks to the dedication and support of so many.
A special thank-you goes out to our keynote panelists: Dr. Tracie Keesee, Kayla Wright-Jackson, Dr. Rosemarie Allen and, James Allen Davis Jr., whose powerful words uplifted and inspired our graduates, families, and community members. Your presence truly made the celebration even more meaningful, and we are grateful for your commitment to uplifting our graduates and their bright futures. Special shout out to both Quintana Patterson, top-tier MC extraordinaire and "Get it Done" Madison Lawrence for chairing the planning committee on behalf of AAAC and all BAN volunteers (Hadiya Johnson, LaTerrell Bradford, Rodney Williams, Wanda Evans, and Amber Mozet) who showed up and ensured that the event was a success! 🎉
As we look ahead to celebrating next year’s graduates, we’re excited to build on this momentum and continue this tradition of excellence.
In the meantime, enjoy photos from the event linked here, and thank you again to everyone who contributed to making this celebration unforgettable! -Adama
