MST Taxi ADA Certification Training (TACT)
Welcome to Monterey-Salinas Transit's Taxi ADA Certification Training. To complete this training and obtain your certificate of completion please do the following:
Watch all 5 videos: Introduction, Effective Customer Service, Taxi Voucher Program, MST RIDES and the ADA, and Policies and ADA Sensitivity.
Complete the Drivers Rules and Responsibilities Form (Note: your certificate of completion will be delayed if you do not agree to the Rules and Responsibilities for both the Taxi Voucher and RIDES Programs.)
Complete the test with a passing score of 80%. The test can be found by clicking the link at the bottom of the page that says, "Click Here to Open TACT Test."
Once we receive confirmation that you have passed the test, we will e-mail your Certificate of Completion to the e-mail address you've provided, and we will also send a copy to the RTA permitting office at the Monterey Police Department.
