PICBOX(이하 '앱')는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 및 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 수집하는 정보의 종류, 이용 목적, 보관 방법 등을 안내합니다.
앱은 서비스 제공을 위해 아래의 정보에 접근합니다.
• 기기 내 사진 및 미디어 파일 접근 권한 (사용자가 직접 허용한 경우에 한함)
앱은 외부 서버나 클라우드로 어떠한 데이터도 전송하지 않습니다. 모든 정보는 기기 내에서만 처리됩니다.
수집된 정보는 다음 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
• 사진·미디어 접근: 앱 내 미디어 열람, 관리, 메모 기능 제공
• 로컬 알림: 사용자가 직접 입력한 쿠폰 만기일 등 일정에 맞춰 기기 내에서 알림을 발송 (외부 서버 미사용)
위 목적 외의 용도로는 사용하지 않으며, 목적 변경 시 사전에 동의를 받습니다.
앱 내 모든 미디어 데이터, 메모, 알림 설정 정보는 사용자의 기기에만 저장되며, 외부 서버나 클라우드로 전송·저장되지 않습니다.
앱 삭제 시 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터는 함께 삭제됩니다.
관련 법령에 의해 보존이 필요한 경우, 해당 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 보관 후 안전하게 파기합니다.
앱은 수집한 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다.

• 법령의 규정에 따라 수사기관 등이 요구하는 경우
이용자는 언제든지 다음의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

앱은 개인정보의 안전성 확보를 위해 다음 조치를 취하고 있습니다.

본 방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 수시로 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내 공지 또는 Google Play 스토어 업데이트 노트를 통해 사전에 안내합니다.

PICBOX ('the App') is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and how it is stored, in compliance with applicable data protection laws including Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
The App accesses the following information solely to provide its features:
• Photos and media files stored on your device (only when you explicitly grant permission)
The App does not transmit any data to external servers or cloud services. All information is processed entirely on your device.
Accessed information is used only for the following purposes:
• Media access: to enable in-app browsing, management, and memo features for your photos and media
• Local notifications: to send scheduled alerts (e.g., coupon expiry dates) that you set — processed entirely on-device with no external server involvement
We will not use your information for any other purpose without your prior consent.
All media data, memos, and notification settings are stored locally on your device only. No personal data is transmitted to or stored on external servers or cloud services.
All data stored by the App is removed when the App is uninstalled.
Where required by applicable law, data will be retained for the legally mandated period and then securely deleted.
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except in the following circumstances:

• When required by law or by lawful requests from government authorities
