We explicitly DO NOT collect:

• Aadhaar number or any government ID verification

• Bank account details

• Debit or Credit card numbers

• CVV or card security codes

• Biometric data (fingerprints, face recognition data)

• Location tracking or GPS data

• Device IMEI or hardware identifiers beyond what Google Play Services provides

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

4. Payment Information & Processing

4.1 Payment Methods

The App supports two payment options as per Google Play's User Choice Billing policy for India:

1. Google Play Billing – managed entirely by Google

2. Alternative Payment Methods – Razorpay/UPI and other approved payment gateways

4.2 What Payment Information We Store

• Transaction ID and payment reference number

• Payment method used (Google Play or Alternative)

• Amount paid and transaction date

• Payment status (success/failed/pending)

4.3 What Payment Information We DO NOT Store

The Institute NEVER stores:

• Credit or debit card numbers

• CVV codes

• UPI PIN

• Bank account login credentials

• Card expiry dates

All payment processing is handled securely by:

• Google Play Billing System (for Google Play payments)

• Razorpay or other PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (for alternative payments)

4.4 Transaction Reporting

As required by Google Play's User Choice Billing policy, all alternative payment transactions are automatically reported to Google within 24 hours for service fee calculation.

• Secure Authentication – Firebase Authentication with encrypted password storage

• HTTPS/TLS Encryption – all data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted

• Secure File Storage – address proofs and certificates stored in private Firebase Storage buckets with signed URLs

• Server-Side Payment Verification – all payment confirmations validated on secure servers, not on the app

• No Public Access – your personal documents are never publicly accessible

• Regular Security Audits – continuous monitoring for suspicious activity

However, please note: No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Certificate Disclaimer

6.1 Important Notice

Certificates issued by MS Computer Institute are:

• ✅ Issued for successful course completion

• ✅ Valid proof of training completion

Certificates are NOT:

• ❌ Government-recognized certifications

• ❌ Accredited by any regulatory authority

• ❌ Equivalent to government diplomas or degrees

6.2 Certificate Purpose

Certificates are issued for skill development and knowledge validation purposes only. They demonstrate that you have successfully completed the course requirements set by MS Computer Institute.

6.3 Certificate Verification

Each certificate may include a unique verification code that can be validated by contacting the Institute directly.

7. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

7.1 We DO NOT Sell Your Data

MS Computer Institute NEVER sells, rents, or trades your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

7.2 Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited data with trusted service providers necessary for app functionality:

You can update your profile information (name, email, phone, profile photo) at any time through the App's Profile section.

9.3 Data Deletion

• Certificate records may be retained for verification purposes

• Payment transaction records will be retained as required by law

• Deletion requests are processed within 30 days
