CHEM-Toolkit is a light-weight stand-alone MATLAB software suite to support the instruction of combustion or thermochemical fundamentals. It is developed to help familiarize students with numerics-based problem-solving techniques in combustion science, and meant to complement other existing academic software in the community for educational purpose.
The main feature of this software toolkit is that it does not have additional dependence on external-libraries and programming languages, and the implementations are made to be transparent and easy to modify for students. It was initially distributed along with the delivery of my combustion course at MSState. You may request the access to this software by filling the form below with proper information
The functionality of CHEM-Toolkit includes:
Simulation of auto-ignition
Simulation of premixed flame
Simulation of diffusion flame
