About Me

Hello, my name is Margaret Schowalter, I am excited to be teaching third grade this year! I graduated from Michigan State University in May of 2023 with my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education majoring in Language Arts with a minor in Early Childhood Development. I spent the 2023-2024 school year student teaching in a third-grade classroom in Southfield. I look forward to continuing my career in third grade! 

I live close by in Royal Oak with my family. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going on walks, and visiting northern Michigan. I am a Guardian Angels graduate, and I can’t wait to be back in the community as an educator!
