Please register your youth as soon as possible to help us get ready for Book or Mormon Quest. A different form will need to be filled out for each youth that will be attending (please do not put siblings on the same form).
ALSO, a church issued Permission and Medical slip will to to be filled out and turned in the the stake Young Women's Presidency. Please reach out to your ward Young Women's president to turn one in if you did not fill one out at the kick-off fireside in January.
