Since 2004, I've had the incredible privilege of serving as a classroom teacher. Time flies when you are having fun! I firmly believe that teaching is a divine calling from God and a path I was destined to walk. I started my career as a Kindergarten teacher and have gone on to teach Grades 2, 3, 4, 5 and now Grade 8! All of these experiences have allowed me to see where my students have come from and where they are going. 

My mission is to create a classroom environment steeped in love and positivity, teaching and learning, and of course a lot of joy and laughter. I also believe in collaborating with my fellow colleagues and being part of a cohesive team that helps our students succeed and reach their God-given potential! For me, my students are "my kids" and I always love them like my own... even long after they have left our classroom walls. 

I hope this website makes life easier for my fellow Grade 8 teachers by providing them with a one-stop shop for educational videos and electronic resources to share with their students. I especially hope, however, that this website helps out "my kids" or any kids out there, who might need a little extra help or practice when I can't be there.
