All About Ms. Rodriguez

About me

I am a graduate of the University of Houston. This will be my 10th year at Jacinto City Elementary.

In my off time, I enjoy spending time with my family and my two dogs. I like to go to the gym, immersing myself in a good book and going on adventures in nature and explore. My favorite movies are Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter and Nightmare Before Christmas. I love cookies!! 

I believe education and the learning process should be fun and inspire ideas in students to enjoy and become lifelong learners. In this school year, we will learn how to form letters and sounds and put that knowledge into forming words, and eventually creating sentences and reading stories. We will also learn our numbers to work math problems and use them in our everyday lives to solve problems.
